1. Order Processing

-Please double-check part compatibility, model, and shipping details before placing your order.

2. Cancellations

-Cancellations are only accepted before the order is marked as “To Ship.”
-Once the item is packed and scheduled for shipment, cancellation will no longer be possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery

-We ship within 1–2 business days.
-Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days via J&T Express, depending on your location.
-Tracking information will be available once the package is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

-Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
1.) Wrong item sent
2.) Factory defect or damage during transit.

Returns must be filed within 7 days of receiving the product.

**Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by unboxing video proof.**
