Store Policy
Each Scent Apothecary candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax and eco wicks. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in wax appearance, frosting, or labels may occur. These differences are natural and do not affect the candle’s performance or quality.
All candles are poured in limited quantities and are available while supplies last.
Shipping Shipping Policy
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times and delays are beyond Scent Apothecary’s control. Tracking information will be provided once available.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or exchanged because of scent preference or change of mind.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, and we’ll gladly work toward a suitable resolution.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup may be arranged in Bacolod by prior agreement. Customers will be notified once orders are ready for collection.
