* Handmade with Care: All our bouquets and floral arrangements are individually handcrafted.
* Lead Time:
* Standard Orders: 2–4 business days processing time before shipping.
* Custom / Rush Orders: Please message us before placing an order to check availability.
* Peak Seasons (Mother's Day, Valentine's, Graduations): Order processing may take 5–7 business days. We strongly recommend placing orders early!

🚫 2. Cancellation Policy
* Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
* Customized / Personalized Orders: Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

📦 3. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the delicate and customized nature of our handcrafted flowers, we follow a Strict No Unboxing Video, No Refund/Replacement policy:
* Damaged Items during Transit:
1. Please take a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the untorn outer parcel/courier pouch showing the pouch label.
2. Send the video proof to us within 24 hours of parcel receipt.
3. If proven damaged due to handling, we will arrange a free repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the issue.
* Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with your unboxing video so we can dispatch the correct item right away at no extra cost to you.

* Every piece is handmade, so minor variations in shape, wrapping folds, or exact wire placements may occur. These slight differences make your arrangement truly unique!
