1. General Information

Peppergum Stationeries operates from the Philippines and ships orders nationwide. International shipping is also available. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the policies stated below.

2. Products

Our shop offers:
• Physical products, including both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items
• Customizable products such as invitations, cake toppers, and stickers

All made-to-order items are created based on customer specifications and production timelines may vary.

3. Pricing and Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:
• GCash
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Cash on Pickup
• Maya
• GrabPay
• Direct Debit: BPI, UnionBank
• Credit or Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB

All prices listed are in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified.

4. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. Cancellations, changes, or modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed.
• Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return only if incorrect items are delivered or the items arrive damaged.
• Photo verification is required within a reasonable timeframe from receipt.

5. Design Approval for Personalized Orders

• Customers will receive a digital proof before production. A maximum of three revisions is included.
• Once the customer approves the design, any errors discovered afterward are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be provided for approved designs.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping is fulfilled by Flash Express or J&T Express under their standard delivery timelines.

International shipping is available with:
• A flat shipping fee charged to the buyer
• Any customs duty, import tax, or handling fee solely shouldered by the buyer

Peppergum Stationeries is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or force majeure events. Lost packages are handled by the courier according to their policies.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must provide photo proof and contact us immediately upon receipt. Eligible cases will receive replacement or store credit, as determined after evaluation.

8. Digital Files and Intellectual Property

• Digital products and custom items are strictly non-refundable.
• Reselling, sharing, or distributing digital products is prohibited.
• Commercial use of digital files is allowed with proper attribution on any social media posts or uploads.
• All items, designs, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Peppergum Stationeries.

9. Rush Orders

Rush processing is available for selected items and is subject to approval and additional fees.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

• Customer information is collected solely for order processing and fulfillment.
• Photos of customizable items may be shared on our social media platforms, ensuring personal details and addresses will always be concealed.
• If customers share our products on their social pages, consent will be requested before reposting.

11. Customer Support

Operating hours for customer queries: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (GMT+8)
Messages received outside operating hours will be attended to on the next working day.
