Welcome to OL Wheelz and Collectiblez! We specialize in Hot Wheels and diecast car models for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Please review our store policies before making a purchase. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us.

1. Product Condition

All items are sold as described in the product listing.
We clearly indicate if an item is:

- New/Sealed [Card Mint]

- Loose/Opened

- Damaged packaging (if applicable) [Non-Mint]

Please review photos and descriptions carefully. If you have any questions, contact us before purchasing.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Php

Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise (e.g., for bundle deals or promotions).

We reserve the right to update pricing and availability at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time of checkout.

Accepted payment methods: Gcash, Maya, Maribank, Bank Transfer

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days of receiving full payment.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide in the Philippines.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

We offer combined shipping for multiple items whenever possible.

Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

1. The item received is significantly different from the listing.

2. You received the wrong item.

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photo evidence to verify the claim.

Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may require returning the item in original condition.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not already shipped.

After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

7. Pre-Orders (if applicable)

Some items may be offered as pre-orders.

Estimated arrival dates are subject to manufacturer or distributor changes.

Full payment is required to secure your item.

Cancellations on pre-orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

9. Collector’s Note

We know how important mint-condition packaging can be. While we take care in packing, minor imperfections can happen during shipping or from the manufacturer. If packaging condition is critical, please contact us prior to purchase so we can best accommodate your needs.
