Shipping Order cut-off is at 4:00 PM on business days. Orders made after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day. The standard delivery lead times are as follows:
Metro Manila – 2-5 business days
Luzon – 5-7 business days
Visayas and Mindanao – 7-10 business days (Palawan 12-15 days)
Please note that the delivery lead times only count working days, not including holidays.
Orders are shipped by a third party courier. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines.
If an item is returned to us by the courier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.
If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to us via email at arcovia@monzabarcade.com and provide the order number for resolution.
