Brownies & Blondes PH operates on a bake-to-order schedule to guarantee the freshness and quality of every item.
🗓️ PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME POLICY:
•ASAP/Same-Day Orders: Selecting "ASAP" or requesting same-day delivery is not possible. All production slots for today have already been confirmed and paid for by other customers.
•LEAD TIME: Please allow a minimum two (2) business day lead time after checkout and payment confirmation.
📆 PRE-ORDER PLACEMENT: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays only from 8 AM - 10 PM
ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW
🥧 Cancellations are ONLY accepted if the order IS NOT BOOKED YET with the courier or prepared for pickup.
🥧 Non-Cancelable: Once the delivery has been booked, the order is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
REFUND FEES & TIMELINE
🥧 For any approved cancellation, the payment transaction fees and a fixed refund fee will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.
🥧 Refunds are processed immediately but typically reflect on your bank or e-wallet account within 1 to 45 business days, depending on your bank's or e-wallet's processing time.
Shipping 📆 DELIVERY & PICKUP :
✅CONFIRMED ORDERS ON MONDAYS: Delivery is on Wednesdays between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM
✅CONFIRMED ORDERS ON WEDNESDAYS: Delivery is on Fridays between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM
✅CONFIRMED ORDERS ON FRIDAYS: Delivery is on Monday the following week between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM
🧁NOTE ON PICK UP & DELIVERY:
Orders are available for pickup between 1PM to 6PM. Deliveries may arrive anytime via GRAB EXPRESS or LALAMOVE between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM on your scheduled day. I cannot guarantee an exact hour since the couriers manage their route, but I assure you it will be within this window and/or within the delivery day.
