Ordering
Please place your orders at least 5 days before your desired delivery or pick-up date.
Rush orders may sometimes be possible, depending on our schedule—but kindly note that an extra fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rebooking
Cancellations are accepted only if made 3 days before your scheduled delivery/pick-up.
For last-minute cancellations, ingredients are usually purchased and preparation may have started, so payments may be forfeited.
If you’d like to reschedule your order, just let us know early—we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a direct message to reconfirm all details (flavors, design, date, delivery or pick-up).
Your order will only be considered final after confirmation and payment.

Product Care
Our cakes and pastries are best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery.
Please store them properly: refrigerate cakes, keep pastries in airtight containers.
We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by improper storage after handover.
