🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Machy Craftsy Prints, we make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations.

• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a production defect.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
• Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
• If the issue is confirmed, we may offer replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has already started.
