Because personalized products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Customization Details
Please double-check all spelling, personalization details, and design specifications before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.
3. Production Time
Personalized items require additional time for creation. Please allow 5 business days for production before shipping. Or else tag as rush order that could possibly processed with 1-3 days.
4. Order Changes
Once an order is placed, changes to personalization or design may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to update your order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your personalized product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a day with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
