STORE POLICIES

3. Grocery packs are sold as bundled packages. Item substitutions may be made only when certain items become unavailable. Any substitution will be of equal or higher value.
4. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
5. Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt.
6. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made before order processing.
7. We reserve the right to decline suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

2. Delivery fees vary depending on location and distance.

* Complete Address

5. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the agreed delivery time.
6. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability may require additional delivery charges.
7. Pickup orders may be claimed during the agreed-upon pickup schedule.
