Store Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
To request a return, please contact us via the Enstack app with your order number and proof of issue (photo/video).
Shipping costs for returns are shouldered by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the order.
Processing time may take 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped out.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
