1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Placing Orders: Orders can be placed directly through Enstack’s chat/store feature, or by sending us a message with your selected items, quantity, and customization requests.
- Order Confirmation: All orders will be confirmed via Enstack within 24 hours. A digital order receipt will be sent to your Enstack inbox or registered contact details.
- Production Time: Standard items are ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
- Accepted Methods:
• Digital payments: GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BDO, Metrobank) – links sent via Enstack Pay or direct details.
• Enstack Wallet payments are also welcome for eligible users.
• Payment Requirements: Non-COD orders require full payment before production/shipping.
- Late Payments: Orders may be canceled if full payment is not received within 3 business days of confirmation.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Fulfillment: All shipments are managed and tracked through Enstack’s integrated shipping tools.
- Delivery Zones:
▪ Metro Manila: Same-day delivery (orders placed before 12 PM) or standard 1-2 business days.
▪ Provincial: 3-7 business days via Enstack’s partner couriers (LBC, JRS, or Ninja Van).
▪ Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically in Enstack based on weight and location.
- Pickup: Free self-pickup at Evangelista, Pasay – coordinate via Enstack chat to arrange.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be shared to your Enstack account once your order is shipped.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility:
- Damaged or defective items: Notify us via Enstack within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong items: We will replace the order free of charge upon verification (photos required within 48 hours).
- Non-Eligible Cases: No returns/exchanges for change of mind, size/material preferences not stated in the order, or minor variations in handmade items (these are part of their unique charm).
- Process: All return/refund requests must be submitted through Enstack to keep records organized. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3-5 business days, or credited to your Enstack Wallet (per your preference).

5. PRODUCT CARE
- Bracelets: Keep away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry pouch when not in use.
- Scrunchies: Hand wash with mild detergent, air dry flat, and avoid ironing.
- Pouches: hand wash gently (fabric pouches).

6. COMMUNICATION
- All updates, inquiries, and concerns must be addressed through Enstack to ensure all conversations and transactions are properly documented on the platform.
- Response time: 12 hours on business days (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM); responses may take up to 24 hours on Sundays or holidays.
