Store Policy
All Homie's cold brew is made to order in small batches, so every order is final once our batch is brewed. Please check your items and delivery address before paying.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, message us through the store chat within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the bottles and the box. We'll replace the affected bottles in the next batch or refund them.
Because our cold brew is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
Keep refrigerated once it arrives. Shake gently before pouring, and drink within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping We brew in batches and deliver twice a month:
- Orders placed from the 29th to the 13th are delivered on the 15th.
- Orders placed from the 14th to the 28th are delivered on the 30th.
- In February, orders close on the 26th and are delivered on the 28th.
Cold brew is delivered same-day within Metro Manila and Rizal so it stays fresh. Please make sure someone can receive your order and put it in the fridge right away. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
