Strong, intense, and bold. Robusta has about twice the caffeine of Arabica, and it's the backbone of Filipino coffee: most of the coffee the Philippines grows is Robusta. Cold brewing brings out its full depth without the harsh bitterness. Medium roast, never dark. No sugar, just coffee and water. One 500 mL bottle makes about 2 glasses. Best black over ice. Keep refrigerated once it arrives. Shake gently before pouring.
