This is barako, the coffee your lolo drank, cold brewed for today. Liberica is bold and full-bodied, with a big aroma and a heavy, earthy body that no other species tastes like. It makes up only a small share of the world's coffee, and the Philippines is one of the few countries that still grows it. Rare, distinctly Filipino, and unlike anything else in your fridge. Medium roast, never dark. No sugar, just coffee and water. One 500 mL bottle makes about 2 glasses. Best black over ice. Keep refrigerated once it arrives. Shake gently before pouring.
