Store Policy
To ensure a smooth transaction, we kindly require a 50% downpayment on all orders. Please note that production will begin only after payment has been verified.
As a standard policy, we follow a "no downpayment, no job order" approach.
For returns and replacements, we can only process requests supported by an unboxing video showing the issue. Please note that only production-related defects are eligible for replacement; we are unable to accommodate concerns caused during shipping.
Shipping Outside Cebu orders will be shipped every Friday via LBC or J&T Express, depending on your preference.
For Cebu orders, courier rate will be charged to the buyer or next-day delivery via J&T Express. You may also pick your orders up at our Talisay office.
