LEAD TIME & PROCESSING: We aim to keep all items in stock at all times. However, during periods of high demand, some items may temporarily run out. In such case, we will prioritize production and restock as quickly as possible.

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during your purchase is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS: Due to the nature of wood products, minor variations in grain and color are natural. We carefully inspect and securely pack all orders before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit:
-Please report any damage within 3 days of receiving the item, along with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
-For lost parcels, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the courier's investigation and claim process.
-Rest assured, we will assist you throughout the process to ensure the best possible resolution.
