🔹STORE HOURS: Our online shop is open, Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 AM to 10 PM. You can place orders anytime during these hours while stocks are available.
🔹ALL SALES FINAL: Because our items are freshly prepared every day in limited amounts and packed immediately, we do not accept order cancellations, order changes, or refunds once your online payment is complete.
🔹NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE: For health, safety, and strict cleanliness reasons, food items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced once they leave our kitchen and are handled to the courier.
🔹BOX POLICY: We only box our baked goodies in sets of 6 pieces. Any orders lower than 6 pieces, or in excess, will be packaged in pastry bags only.
