Alfa Alfa | Sprouting Microgreen Seeds
Alfa Alfa sprouts are nutrient-dense food. One cup of alfalfa sprouts has a mere 8 calories and is a good source of vitamin K. It also provides a slew of other nutrients like vitamin C, fiber, folate, copper and manganese. Under the right conditions, we guarantee 85% (or above) germination rate for its seeds. We make sure our seeds are not beyond their expiration date and store them in proper conditions (Cold Storage at 12°C - 18°C) to maximise viability. Bottle is sealed for your protection. Tips before germinating: Put the Alfa Alfa seeds into a glass jar half full of water. You need enough water to completely cover all the seeds by at least an inch. Let the seeds soak overnight at room temperature. This softens the seed coating, allowing the seed to take on water and begin the sprouting process.
